I’m a software engineer, founder and technology leader based in Sydney. I co-founded PropCode, turning complex planning regulations into clear, explainable answers.
Previously, I established Service NSW’s first AI engineering team and built software at Atlassian and Amazon.
01 Selected work
I co-founded PropCode and built its regulatory-analysis platform from the first commit to paying customers. I designed AI systems to process large volumes of legislation and assess which rules apply to each property, with a focus on accuracy, source citations and explainable reasoning.

I established the agency’s first AI engineering team and led delivery of its first production chatbot. I shaped the technical strategy, hired the team and worked with contact-centre staff to integrate it into existing systems and support workflows.

I led delivery of a customer migration platform, built internal engineering tools and helped shape product direction. Working across engineering, product, design and support at the company behind Jira gave me a strong grounding in enterprise software development and agile delivery.

I built backend systems for Amazon Fresh and Amazon Music, working on services designed for massive scale. At Fresh, I developed cart, checkout and regional product-availability services, and coordinated expansion into new US regions across engineering and operations. At Music, I contributed to Cloud Player and the AutoRip launch, delivering digital music from customers’ past CD and vinyl purchases.

02 A little about me
I like working across the whole problem: understanding what people need, figuring out the technical approach, and integrating a solution into the way they work. I’m particularly interested in legal and regulatory AI: systems that analyse complex source material accurately, explain their conclusions and make their limits clear.
I studied Electrical Engineering & Computer Sciences at UC Berkeley, and have worked across startups, enterprise and government in the US and Australia. Sydney is home these days.
